Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nano Banana 2 Lite at nanobanana2lite.top (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Nano Banana 2 Lite lets you generate and edit images using AI models (including Google's Gemini image models accessed via third-party APIs). Features, models, and limits may change over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. Keep your login secure; notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Credits, plans, and payments
- Generating images consumes credits tied to your account. New accounts may receive limited free demo credits.
- Paid plans and one-time credit packs are billed through our payment provider, Creem, which acts as merchant of record.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period except as described in our Refund Policy.
- Prices and credit allocations may change; changes apply to future billing periods.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:
- is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates others' rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights);
- depicts sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual, deceptive, or harmful deepfakes of real people;
- promotes hate, harassment, violence, or self-harm;
- attempts to reverse-engineer, overload, scrape, or bypass limits or security of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content and generated images
You retain the rights you hold in the prompts and images you upload ("Input"). Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the images you generate ("Output"). Note that:
- You are responsible for your Input and for how you use the Output.
- AI-generated Output may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and similar Output may be generated for other users; we make no guarantee of uniqueness.
- Output may include an invisible SynthID watermark identifying it as AI-generated.
- You grant us a limited license to process your Input and Output solely to operate and improve the Service.
6. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties (including Google/Gemini, kie.ai, Supabase, Creem, and Cloudflare). Their terms and availability may affect the Service, and we are not liable for their acts or outages.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Output will meet your expectations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nano Banana 2 Lite and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your Input, your Output, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or operational reasons.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date to reflect revisions.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
