This Privacy Policy explains how Nano Banana 2 Lite ("we", "us", "our"), operating the website at nanobanana2lite.top (the "Service"), collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
Nano Banana 2 Lite is an online tool for generating and editing images with AI. For any privacy question, contact us at support@nanobanana2lite.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — when you sign in, we receive your email address (via email magic link or Google sign-in through our authentication provider, Supabase). We do not receive your Google password.
- Content you provide — text prompts and any images you upload for editing, plus the images generated for you.
- Usage & device data — pages viewed, actions taken, browser type, and approximate location, collected through analytics cookies (see Section 5).
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Creem). We do not collect or store your full card details; we receive only limited transaction data (e.g., plan purchased, status, and the email used).
- Local storage — your session, remaining credits, and any personal API key you enter are stored in your browser's local storage, not on our servers unless required to deliver the Service.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service (including generating and editing images).
- To authenticate you and maintain your account and credit balance.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To analyze usage, diagnose problems, and improve performance and security.
- To communicate with you about your account, purchases, or support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Prompts, uploads, and generated images
To generate results, your prompts and uploaded images are sent to our image-generation providers (see Section 6). Generated images may contain an invisible SynthID watermark that identifies content as AI-generated. Please do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or that contains sensitive personal data.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Service is used. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as page views, session duration, and device/browser information. You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy, and you may opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or your browser's cookie controls.
6. Third-party service providers
We rely on trusted third parties to run the Service. Each processes data only as needed:
- Google / Gemini (Google AI Studio, Gemini API) — underlying AI image models.
- kie.ai — image generation API used to fulfill requests.
- Supabase — authentication and account database.
- Creem — payment processing and subscription billing (merchant of record).
- Cloudflare — website hosting, delivery, and security.
- Google Analytics — usage analytics.
7. Data retention
We keep account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 9). Analytics and transaction records may be retained as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and server-side handling of API keys. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@nanobanana2lite.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
10. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
